                                          200gr&lt;br /&gt;Nueces                                                      100gr&lt;br /&gt;Piñones                                                      25gr&lt;br /&gt;Sal, vinagre, aceite de oliva y miel        c/s&lt;br /&gt;Mezcla de goumert                                  300gr&lt;br /&gt;Pasta brick                                                c/s &lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm;"&gt;&lt;/p&gt;ELABORACION:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cocer ligeramente la pasta brick  dándole forma.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cortar en medallones el rulo de  cabra espolvorear nueces y piñones y  reservar.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mezclar los elementos de  razonamiento.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Reservar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Disponer en plato de 31cm la pasta brick, dentroun bouquet de mezcla de goumert&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;hornear el rulo 160ºC 2min y colocar de quitarle la piel fácilmente y poder tener ésta reservada para después Deshidratarla.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt; 2º Quitarle al tomate  las pepitas y trocear en pequeños cuadrados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;3º Blanquear la sepia y enfriarHasta congelar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;4º Pasar el aguacate por un colador y remojar en limón, sal  y aceite para hacer guacamole.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt; 5º De laSepia congelada hacer tallarines en una cortadora de fiambre.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;6º Limpiar los arenques y trocear para juntar con el mixDe tomote, cebolla tierna, habas fritas y alcaparras.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;7º En un molde sobre un plato hechas la mezcla dejando unHueco en el centro para el guacamole el cuál echaremos con una manga pastelera.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;8º Retirar el molde con cuidado yPoner los tallarines de sepia encima con perejil.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0cm; font-family: georgia;"&gt;9ºFinalmente poner aceite de aceitunas negras y huevas de /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;200 g de chocolate negro,&lt;br /&gt;4 yemas de huevo,&lt;br /&gt;80 g de azúcar,&lt;br /&gt;10 cl de leche entera&lt;br /&gt;10 cl de nata líquida&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;ELABORACION:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se baten las yemas con el azúcar hasta que la mezcla esté de color blanco.&lt;br /&gt;Se calienta la leche y la nata y se vierte sobre las yemas, dejando cocer.&lt;br /&gt;Cuando la mezcla esté espesa, se vierte sobre el chocolate y se remueve sin cesar.&lt;br /&gt;Se cubre y se deja una noche en el frigorífico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Al día siguiente y con la ayuda de dos cucharas se toma una porción de chocolate y se va pasando de una cuchara a otra hasta que adquiera forma de croqueta.&lt;br /&gt;Se puede servir con fresas.
